ROANOKE (AP) -- Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama is returning to Virginia for a rally in Roanoke. Obama's campaign says the rally is set for 12:30 p.m. Friday at the Coliseum at Roanoke Civic Center. The event is free and open to the public.
